Visit Information
All visits are primarily hosted by our student groups that work within the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid. Students share general information about our the Harvard College experience. An Admissions Officer will also be present to speak on admissions and financial aid policies. This information can also be found online on our website or via our social media channels. Because students are not full-time admissions staff members and are not part of the admissions or financial aid review process, they are not able to provide specific information about any part of the admissions or financial aid process. They are also unable to share their own personal application and financial aid details.

Does anyone in your party require special accommodations (e.g. wheelchair usage, ASL interpreter)? Please note that at this time the only translation service we provide is ASL interpretation.
All requests for special accommodations must be submitted at least 21 days in advance of the desired visit date.
Please enter any special information that would be helpful for us to keep in mind as we process your request. If there is nothing, simply leave this question blank.
The submission of this form will trigger an immediate automated acknowledgement email which will be sent to the address in the "Organizer's Email Address" field above. Please note that acknowledgement of this request form is not confirmation of a reservation. In order to minimize confusion and reduce wait times, do not submit multiple requests. If you need to alter your submission, respond to acknowledgement email or give our office a call at 617-496-2055.
A member of the Admissions teams will follow up on your request by email within 5-7 business days of submission.
